POYERS FARMHOUSE is a beautiful 16th Century, thatched farmhouse, situated a short drive from North Devon’s golden sandy beaches and close to Braunton village centre with its great pubs, restaurants, shops and bustling village life.This charming property is steeped in history, having a grade II listing and a wealth of beams and period features throughout, including latched doors and cast iron radiators. Ideal for larger groups or several families.
House has been let with an agent for the past 15 years, but is now let by the owner direct. Local property manager and cleaner to make guest stays as pleasent as possiable.
Braunton and surrounds is a great place for days out with family and friends. Many local restaurants and pubs offer a superb variety of food and entertainment such as Squires (great fish and chips), At One (Tapas Evenings), The George Pub and The Williams Arms (well renowned Sunday roasts). Hang Loose's food is recommended by those livng in the village. Entertainment facilities are available for all ages. Cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon. DRIVE TO – explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in this beautiful part of England
