Newly refurbished period-style property accommodating 4 guests, with keypad access and shared garden. I've always found it to be a very peaceful space. Accommodation comprises: COMMUNAL FRONT DOOR TO - * COMMUNAL ENTRANCE Feature cornicing and original mouldings leading to the first floor landing, front door leading to internal hallway. * INTERNAL HALL With feature wood flooring, radiator, cupboard (which can be used as either a computer area or handy styling station) with split level stairs leading to living room. LOUNGE: 5.41m x 3.66m (17' 9" x 12') The bright and airy space boasts high ceilings, brick chimney breast, bay sash windows with solid wood shutters, a spacious sofa, dining set for four and a wooden trunk with extra bedding plus a double bed to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy entertainment with a large screen HD TV and access to your own Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify accounts. BEDROOM: 4.7m x 2.57m (15' 5" x 8' 5") Double bedroom is furnished with an Ercol double bed, bedside cabinet and a beautiful french-style 2 door free standing wardrobe. Further features include sash windows with solid wood shutters, radiator plus ceiling beam for added character. Beautifully presented period-style property, situated in a quiet street next to Victoria Park. The town centre is between the property and the beach. Parking is available & free of charge. There are good rail links to Brighton (20 mins) Chichester (20 mins) and London. We have an art deco pier, two cinemas, a theatre and the South Downs on our doorstep! Montague Road (5mins) is a pleasant pedestrian street with a huge variety of eateries.
