Set in a prime position on the seafront, this spacious house offers expansive views of the Solent, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy stunning sea vistas. Whether watching yachts sail by, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, or witnessing breathtaking sunsets, this coastal retreat provides a fantastic base for a memorable getaway. Designed as an ‘upside down house,’ it comfortably sleeps up to 5 adults and 3 children. The ground floor features two adult bedrooms and a kids’ bedroom with two 5ft beds, ideal for families. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite and sea view, while the family bathroom serves the other bedrooms. Upstairs, the living room offers panoramic Solent views with a large corner sofa and TV, leading into the dining room where you can enjoy breakfast with a view. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, and French doors opening into the dining area. Another set of French doors leads to a sea-facing balcony, perfect for watching magical sunsets. There is a further twin bedroom upstairs (which can be configured as a double on request) adjoining a garden room/office with a screen and strong WiFi. This space opens to a sun-soaked decked area—a private suntrap where you can enjoy garden views and spot red squirrels while catching up on work. A large family shower room and toilet complete the first floor. Outdoor space includes an allocated parking spot for one car at the front of the property, plus a terrace with garden furniture at the rear. Please note the third bedroom is suitable for children only due to bed sizes (2 x 5ft beds).
