We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The location is beautiful; opening up the yurt to sea views was wonderful. We also loved the outdoor bath and shower.

Lovely secluded spot with views over the sea! An outdoor shower is certainly an invigorating way to start the day, while the yurt felt comfortable and cosy as the evening set in.

Great place for sunny weather. Views and hosts are very amazing, yurt is well equipped with many small details taken care you wouldn't think of (e.g. phone chargers, carry on light, outdoor bath cleaning).

A quiet, secluded and remote location. Truly feels like you're part of the natural scenery set within the clifftops. Incredible views out across the channel. The facilities are very well put together and lots of added touches made us feel spoilt....

This is one of 3 accommodation options at Puckaster Cove, we have two yurts (one sleeps 5, one sleeps 4) and one cabin (sleeps 4), all available to book on here, please contact us if they are difficult to find. This is an adventurous experience to be remembered, particularly during the winter months, you won't get cold while the log burner is going in the yurt, it gets so hot you'll be throwing the door open, however the trip to the toilet will be uplifting! Nestled on a hill over looking Puckaster Cove, this magical hidden garden haven makes the perfect place to escape to nature, all year round. With vast sea views and some of the darkest skies in the country, this memorable place is anything but ordinary. With an outdoor ‘wild’ bath and a cosy fire pit, it’s great for bathing in nature. A truly magical experience awaits. Perfect for families, kids love the tent experience, walking distance to the local beach for sea swimming and some great adventure walks with hidden swings in the woods and deserted magical bays. Secluded for couples romantic getaways. A unique quirky yurt sleeping 4, a double bed and two addition singles on request. The facilities are all side by side giving a vast outlook from every space. With a full vintage caravan kitchenette and outdoor rain shower. The wood burning stove and electric blankets for the colder months, enable you to stay toasty warm. The outside dinning area with BBQ & fire pit allow for making the most of the wonderful star lit evenings. Lawn games to entertain the small and big kids. The kitchenette caravan is well supplied and there is a 2 ring induction hob and a combination microwave oven, toaster and kettle. Basic supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper are provided. The toilet is in an outhouse next to the yurt (we provide a lanterns for dark nights) and the outdoor shower and bath are next to that. We provide beautiful shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.
You may park in our large private car park, and access to the Garden Yurt is down the old Edwardian steps. The area is for your use only, feel isolated and within nature, we have badgers, red squirrels and wild rabbits (everywhere). We love to welcome people to this fantastic part of the world to experience the sea, stars and serenity that it has to offer. We've been hosting people at this rather special place for almost a year now, and never tire of seeing peoples delight when they arrive and look at the views. We take real pride in being able to provide people with a unique one of kind experience. We work with a company who offers our guests ferry discount on all crossings, the link will be sent to you with your booking confirmation from this site and again by us 2 weeks before you arrive, we recommend bookings soon in advance as possible to get best times and rates. Puckaster Cove Wellbeing Menu - Massage - Reflexology - Facials - Aromatherapy baths - Indian Head Massage with Steph. There is nothing more that I love than helping others to shine, inside and out. Prices: 1 hour 55, 1 hour 30 mins 80, 2 hours 100 (within the yurt) Please message if you’d like to book or see my full treatment and bath menu. We will send you a pre arrival email two weeks before you arrive and again 2 days before you get to us. This gives information on what to bring, places to go, recommendation on where to eat locally and information about our Wellbeing Treatment Menu (advance booking is always recommended). We use whats app to contact you before you arrive and its the best way to reach us for an immediate reply, this number is included in the pre arrival emails.
The Isle of Wight is a fantastic place to visit. Big enough to discover new things every time you visit, but small enough to be local and familiar at the same time. Niton is a very lovely village right on the southern tip of the island. Nature rules on the south of the island and the scenery is truly breath taking. The secluded Yurt is south facing and set within the unique microclimate of Niton Undercliff on the Southern tip of the Isle of Wight. It has more sunny and warm days than anywhere else in the UK, and is a beautiful walk away from “Britain’s hottest garden” Ventnor Botanic Gardens. With twin outdoor ‘wild’ baths and a fire pit, it’s great for bathing in nature, under the stars. This area is listed in the top 10 stargazing spots in the UK. We are based in the undercliff area which was favoured by the Victorian's as there holiday paradise, and with good reason. It has an all together difference feeling from anywhere else and you feel as though you may have entered Narnia itself. Castlehaven beach and Puckaster Cove is a 5 mins walk down the road, with the True Food kitchen being a great beachside restaurant bar. Niton has Norris family grocers which is a fantastically well stocked shop. There are 3 good pubs within easy walking distance and a post office and chemist in the village too. Ventnor, a 10 minute drive is the next seaside town to explore which is wonderfully quirky and with some fantastic dinning options. Its a 1.5 hour walk or 30 minute cycle ride, we can arrange e-bikes if desired.
