This little house is perfectly positioned for day in the lakes. 20 mins from Newby Bridge & Windermere, about 25 mins to Coniston Water, 5 mins to Bardsea Beach, 20 min walk into Ulverston Town centre or 5 min drive, 10 mins to South Lakes Zoo, 20 mins to BAE if you are working away from home. Beautiful views of the farmland front & rear and even the beach / estuary from from the rear bedroom. Sun on the back garden all day then the local pub 2 mins walk up the road with large beer garden.
I am a positive nature loving type that enjoys spending time with my man and our dogs. I bring the small black one to work with me ...she is called belle. she is my best buddy .I work as a civil engineer working mainly in Cumbria, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. I love my job it takes me to some beautiful spots. I can be contacted via the app anytime.
The area is called Swarthmoor just 1 min from Ulverston. It is surrounded by farmland and on a clear day you can see across the bay to morcombe. Swarthnore Hall is near by which is open to the public this will give you all the history on the Quakers. My place has views over the once Quakers fields hence the name. Lots of the street names are also named after this controversial group.
