The Quirky Barn is a open plan two bed barn conversion. The main area has a gas wood burner, two large sofas and ample storage. One bedroom has a kingsize bed. The second superking bed is accessed from a ladder onto a mezzanine. The bathroom is modern with a large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Alfresco area to the rear over looking the countryside. Main electric gates open into secure off road parking which is shared. Please note NO pets. The gas wood burner is only in use during the winter months as other heating provided. BBQ area to the rear, coal not provided.
I will not always be at home during the day but will always be at the end of the phone should you need me.
Although located in a rural spot it is easily accessible to visit local land marks. 1066 Battle, Hastings old town, Beaches, Local riding schools and plenty of walks, cycling routes and a local village pub. Great space for adventures, retreats, business trips and time away with friends. Very secure off road parking suitable for trades. Own transport is essential as this property is in a rural location. Crowhurst station is approximately 2 miles and Battle 6 miles.
