A beautifully, recently renovated 1930's town house set in a lovely, sunny position. Walking distance to the beach and town. Public transport available at the end of the road. Free car parking both onsite and offsite. We welcome one well behaved dog with additional charge per stay, payable at the property. There are two resident dogs and a dog savvy cat who do not interact with guests or their dog. Super comfortable beds with duvets and white, crisp linen - either as two singles beds or a super king bed - please let us know your preference on booking. Quality, comfortable soft furnishings. Private Ensuite bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs you have your own private access, which leads to a large private sitting and dining area. Woodburning stove along with comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV. Coffee and tea making facilities. Access to the front garden and outdoor furniture. There are Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

We have a background in logistics, property and hospitality. They look forward to welcoming you to their comfortable home. They love the sea and cycling along the Exe Estuary trail. Bike storage is provided if required. We are on hand to make your stay special and help with ideas for days out and places to eat and visit. We. have renovated the property over the last 3 years to a quality, comfortable, warm home which we look forward to welcoming you to. We both have a love of good food so you are assured of a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and marmalade. A choice of an English cooked breakfast with vegetarian alternative. Choices of Smoked Salmon or Avocado on toast. Fresh orange juice. Fresh artisan or sourdough bread. Tea and coffee always available.

A lovely, friendly, quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to all amenities. Lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes within a 10-15 minute walk. You can walk to Exmouth beach within 15 minutes. Slightly uphill on the way home. Phear Park a 10-15 minute walk away - great for dog exercise. Lots of lovely places to eat on the sea front including Heydays,The Octagon and Beach Pub to name but a few. Stuart Line cruises are a must to explore all the Exe Estuary has to offer. A great cycle to villages along the Exe Estuary Cycle path and beyond to Exeter Quayside. Picturesque train ride along the Avocet Line, following the Exe Estuary to Exeter Central Station - the city centre - great day out for shopping and visiting the city. Coastal path walks to Budleigh Salterton and beyond. Catch the bus for a day out in Sidmouth. Exmouth is a great destination for parking your car up and walking, cycling or using public transport for days out.
