Owned by Kallie and Wayde Rogerson , Reayrt Ny Marrey is a delightful small self catering annex in the heart of Kirk Michael Village. It is situated on the famous TT course and it boasts spectacular views of the TT. However, we are sorry but NO BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE on this site for the TT WITHOUT SPEAKING DIRECTLY WITH THE HOSTS. The TT dates are always the last week in May and the first week in June.Also, please be aware from 2025 there is no free parking on the forecourt. Outside these events, the annex is nestled within a beautiful conservation area. It is the ideal place for couples to relax and unwind.However; it is not a quiet place as the road is very busy and noisy. Just 5 minutes from the sea and not far from a quick/long hike up the nearby hills. Please note that the property is NOT suitable for dogs so please don’t bring your pooch. The situation of the busy road and I have nervous Cats. The annex has 1 bedroom with King size bed with En-Suite walk-in shower and close closet toilet. We do have a single bed that can accommodate an adult or small child. The property is not suitable for Toddlers under 5. Downstairs is open plan and has a well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful terraced garden at the back with a quirky built in brick BBQ and outside WC which makes eating and entertaining alfresco all the more convenient.
We can assist in providing literature on nearby sports activities or general literature on eatery’s . Guests receive a Manx welcome pack upon arrival to get them started. WIFI is standard , not Fibre. Smart TV’s upstairs and downstairs with Netflix and Prime subscriptions all included. We really don’t intrude and respect your privacy.
Situated in the centre of the village, there is a chemist, PO, grocers, cafe, hairdresser/beauty rooms and a pub which serves meals twice a day from Wednesday through to Sunday. We do not recommend guests to use the local butchers because it is very expensive. There are better options in the nearby towns, Ramsey. There are many cycling routes nearby and routes are sign posted. Fishing is possible from the nearby beach or from other coastal areas around the Island. There are countless walking routes and two glens to explore and there is a good Bus service every 30 minutes to the nearby towns of Peel, Ramsey or Douglas. Check out the Bus Vannin explorer tickets during your stay as they are good value and takes the strain out of driving should you wish to have a alcoholic beverage or two at the places you visit. The Airport is situated in the south of the island in Castletown and it’s easy to get to and from here by Bus or Taxi.
