On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall leading to a cloakroom with WC, a cozy lounge, and a spacious kitchen diner with a utility room and back door that opens to a tranquil gravel garden—ideal for outdoor relaxation. Stairs lead you to the first floor, where a large landing provides access to the bathroom with a shower (please note, there is no bathtub). There are three bedrooms: one with a luxurious 5’ bed, another with a 4’6” bed, and a smaller third bedroom with a 2’6” wide bed, perfect for a child or single adult. All rooms are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring blackout lined and interlined curtains or blinds, as well as mattress protectors, plush toppers, and 100% white cotton bed linen to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
