The annexe is perfect for singletons and couples who want peace and quiet. It is a self-contained part of our home which is in a very good suburban area with good public transport.
I have lived in Surbiton for over 20 years with my wife and three wonderful children. We enjoy walking, adventures, books, philosophy and academics.
Berrylands is a quiet residential area with 3-5 bed houses, parks and tennis and bowling clubs. At the end of our road there is a bus stop for the K2 which takes you to Surbiton train station/high street, Kingston university and then Kingston town centre where there is shopping, restaurants and bus interchange.
