You’re invited to enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located and highly sough after apartment, right in the heart of Leigh On Sea among a myriad of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques. The apartment is close to the beach, 2 minute walk to Chalkwell station, 1 mile from Leigh Old Town, fishing village and 2.5 from Southend’s pier and amazing seafront, hosting Adventure Island. Leigh On Sea has been labelled the happiest place to live in Britain and is the perfect place to spend a few days. Contractors always welcome.
