Your private room, at the rear of Nuthatch Lodge, is accessed through its own French doors and offers a Kingsize bed, a stunning en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and a pantry cupboard with your breakfast provisions, fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The double doors lead out into the garden with a bistro table. Parkside Bar and Grill restaurant on site. The garden leads out directly to woodland walks and lakes. Ideal for walking, cycling and birdwatching. Walking distance from Pentney Abbey Wedding Venue. It really is a magical place to stay. Fishing, water skiing and yoga all on-site (paid). Forest bathing 'Shinrin Yoku' guided walks available (paid). Various stately homes and gardens and, of course, the Royal residence at Sandringham. We welcome cyclists, motorcycles and classic cars with secure parking. Artists/writers studio in the garden available to use by prior arrangement.
Jo is a writer and also a keen gardener who will be developing the garden as the months go on. Pentney Lakes is a very creative and holistic regenerating place and we love to meet interesting people from all over the world.
The Parkside Bar & Grill restaurant on site is open Wednesday-Sunday. The Carpenters Arms is an excellent pub/restaurant only 2 miles away from the cabin. We are only a 10-minute drive to King's Lynn and Swaffham and positioned close to many stately homes including the Royal residence at Sandringham, Oxborough Hall, Houghton Hall and a short drive to the coast at Snettisham and Hunstanton. Pentney Abbey wedding venue is within walking distance.
