Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 1.8 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a fantastic stay in Devon at Riverbank. Note: typical for a cottage of its age, this property has low ceilings throughout and steep stairs which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues so please bear this in mind when booking

Dalwood is a small rural village resting in East Devon, among the idyllic Blackdown Hills AONB. Its facilities include a traditional pub serving food as well as a general store. Close by are some of Devon's most popular attractions. The market town of Axminster, lined with fine buildings, offers much to the visitor including an excellent range of amenities and a fascinating museum. To the western side of the Blackdown Hills you will find another market town, Honiton also holds much charm along with a museum and an art gallery. After your dose of undulating countryside, walking and cycling, you may wish to head to the coast, nearby there is a choice of wonderful seaside spots including Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. All come which their own individual character and promise a fun-packed day trip to the beach with their activities and opportunities on offer.
