A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Dumfries. Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a coffee machine and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is one bedroom on the ground level in the cottage which contains a double bed and en-suite. There are two bedrooms upstairs with single beds. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, a bath and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
