Property information

Peaceful, very spacious ground floor annex overlooking the river Colne. The whole of the ground floor is for guests use only. Private front door opens into a big entrance hallway that leads to a Kitchenette, Shower room, Bedroom and Big living room with dedicated workspace/dining area.

Neighbourhood information

Very quiet location overlooking the river Colne but in the heart of Colchester. 12 mins walk/5 mins drive to the Castle and Town Centre, 5 mins walk to the bus stop and local Waitrose, Lidls and Costa. 10 mins drive to the University.
