Rockhill View is a 150 year old fully refurbished fisherman's cottage, located in the heart of Mumbles, moments from the seafront with stunning sea views across Swansea Bay. The property also benefits from an extension with large modern fully fitted kitchen. Netflix, Now TV, Sky Sports, ROKU Cottage provides an open plan living area with dining area, lounge with large leather sofabed and further seating, large wall fitted Samsung smart TV and balcony with stunning views across Swansea Bay. The large kitchen also has sea views and is fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven, combi-microwave, fitted fridge-freezer and all necessary cooking utensils. Downstairs there is also a quaint downstairs toilet. Upstairs provides modern Shower room and two bedrooms (1 double with kingsize bed and stunning sea views & 1 single with small pull-out single). Both bedrooms have fitted storage. Externally there is a shared communal garden with wonderful views over Swansea Bay! Self check-in is provided and also there is 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. Roadside parking and several pay and display car parks nearby.
The large, coastal village of The Mumbles rests at the beginning of the Gower Penninsula's coastline. A very popular holiday destination, The Mumbles is a fantastic destination and is packed with plenty of attractions and activities for all of the family. Watersports and outdoors fans will be delighted by its location on the edge of Swansea Bay, where they can coasteer and kayak to their heart's content or venture through the village's scenic points and green spaces, including Mumbles Hill Local Nature Reserve and Pier Head.
