Nicely furnished spacious double room on the top floor of a detached house situated close to Maylands Industrial Area. You share a bathroom/WC and fully equipped kitchen with one other guest. Free Sky TV and broadband (900mb) included. Owners live on the ground floor in separate flat. Your privacy assured. We offer a same day laundry service if you require, for a small fee.
I am a writer and spend some of the year abroad in Cyprus where my family live. If I am not in the UK, my partner Gavin who also lives in the house, will be hosting.
It's a quiet neighbourhood but conveniently located close to Maylands and only 5 minutes from junction 9 of the M1 as is the famous indoor ski centre. Luton airport is only 15 minutes away by car. Many supermarket options nearby. There's a bus top 100 metres from the house to connect you to the town centre and railway station.
