Welcome to my home! Bright, cosy, private double room with a bathroom just opposite for guest use only. Quality linens, TV, wardrobe, WiFi and complimentary tea & coffee provided. Full bath with overhead shower. 5 mins’ walk to Wellington train station, 10 mins to Princess Royal Hospital, and 5 mins to shops & restaurants. Free off-street parking. Guests may use the kitchen (except main oven/washing machine) and dining room. Lounge is private. There is a quiet garden at the back of the property which can also be used, with seating area. There are plenty of places to eat locally within walking distance - either eating in or takeaway and a supermarket within a 3 minute walk. Home shared only with us. EV charging available (extra cost). No social services please.
