This contemporary 2 storey semi-detached house in a very pleasant residential area has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The property benefits from an open plan kitchen/dining/living space, large landscaped garden, 2 comfortable double bedrooms, both with flat screen TVs and fresh, contemporary décor. The property benefits from ample off-road parking for up to 3 large vehicles and private access. **Please note, we DO NOT allow EV charging at this property**. The house is extremely well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy superfast fibre broadband internet access and streaming services.

This delightful semi-detached property benefits from a large driveway with ample space for 2-3 vehicles. It is set in a pleasant residential area with all local amenities available and excellent transport links via car and bus.
