Conveniently located within a community of quiet cul-de-sacs in the heart of popular Pontprennau, guests enjoy great transport links, a covered private covered parking space directly below the residence as well as a stylish home-from-home. -- The open plan living/dining area is set-up with everything needed while away. Including a wide-screen smart TV, Wi-Fi (throughout the space) and a dining table that can easily seat four. While the Juliet balcony is perfect for letting a cool breeze in on hot days and nights, with extra warm blankets supplied to snuggle-up with on colder ones! -- The kitchen is fully kitted-out with utensils and appliances for guests to use, including oven, hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, utensils, washing machine and more. -- The two comfortable bedrooms are set up with double-beds, hanging rails and fresh hotel-quality linens, with the larger bedroom also benefitting from a chest of drawers for storage. -- The bathroom is home to a shower over bath, with complimentary towels, hand towels, shampoo and conditioner supplied for each guest.

Pontprennau (the Welsh for “Bridge of Trees”) is a community in the north of the city of Cardiff, lying between the village of Old St Mellons and the farmlands of Lisvane, and defined by a series of hills, intersected by shallow valleys created by streams. Located in a community of quiet cul-de-sacs, on the doorstep guests enjoy a great range of supermarkets (including Waitrose and Lidl), convenient shops and some great places to eat and drink, as well as Pontprennau’s gorgeous ‘nature corridor’. -- Cardiff City centre is just a 20-minute drive, Cardiff Bay only 25 minutes and Newport Town Centre is quick 15 minutes.
