It is peaceful ,tidy and amazing kitchen performed pulse kitchen is private with the room however bathroom is share with another room if guest available.
Host is not living there however he is friendly and happy to help for any inconvenience would get.
The area is calm and quiet all friendly but good to respect others means help your environment living well.
