The cottage is a self-contained semi-detached 4 bedroom home in the South Downs, with a separate annex available on request with an outdoor shower room (sleeps 10 with annex) The house has a large spacious kitchen dining living area featuring an AGA and large fridge freezer. There's washing machine, tumble dryer and second sink in the utility room. Adjacent to the dining area there's an open plan study with a desk and comfortable office chair. The cozy living room has a smart TV and an original jetmaster log burning fireplace. The entrance hall has an understairs cupboard and downstairs cloakroom / wc. From the upstairs gallery landing there are four double bedrooms (3 with 4'6" beds and one with a 4" small double). One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room, the others share a family bathroom with both a bath and walk in shower. There's a split level secure garden with ample outdoor seating on both levels. There's a small pond on the lower level. The driveway can accommodate four cars. Breathtaking walks from the house in all directions. Routes can be provided on request. There are two acclaimed pubs nearby, one 45 minutes walk away, the other just over an hour, both off road

On a clear night this designated “dark skies” area creates magic as the stars and moon light up the sky. We love sharing our passion for our home and area with our guests.
