Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has stunning nautical views over a Sovereign Harbour marina. Set on the first floor, Sailors Rest has lift access from the car park, so it can suit those who struggle with stairs (and has an allocated parking space). Modern and comfortable, it boasts wonderful views from its dining lounge, with double doors opening on to a private balcony where you can soak up the scene and enjoy a coffee from a small outdoor table and chairs. Inside the lounge has two sofas in front of the large TV, plus a dining table with benches - all ideally positioned to make the most of the water views. A separate kitchen has a peek-hole window into the lounge so that you can still enjoy the boat-watching while preparing a pre-dinner aperitif. The kitchen is well equipped if you fancy rustling up a full meal, with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and an impressive coffee machine to sort those balcony lattes. There is a washer dryer if you need to sort your laundry. The master bedroom is kingsize with an ensuite shower room, and second bedroom can be twin or super kingsize. Main bathroom has a bath with shower over. WiFi, linen and towels provided.

The convenient location of this apartment on Sovereign Harbour and the harbourside bars and restaurants makes it perfect for couples, small families or perhaps friends or colleagues sharing. Eastbourne town centre with all of its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are within walking distance along the promenade or a short drive away. Perhaps you fancy spending the evening in one of the many bars and restaurants before heading for a show at one of the four theatres.
