Property information

This is an exceptional architecturally designed holiday home in the heart of Sandwich town. The front doors open up to a large open-plan living space. Downstairs there is also a high spec kitchen and conservatory dining area as well as a terrace within a pretty walled garden. Also on the ground floor you will find a twin room (single day bed with trundle under) with ensuite shower. Upstairs are the three double bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with an ensuite and the other two have super king beds which can also be converted into twin rooms on request. There is also a well appointed family bathroom. The entrance hall has an impressive glazed Crittall-style lobby with double doors to the large open-plan living space where a central J C Bordelet fireplace with suspended chimney takes pride of place. The modern industrial theme is enhanced with the black metal steel roof trusses and cast iron radiators and the wonderful limestone staircase with industrial cast-iron handrails which ascends to the first floor. The state of the art Hacker kitchen has volcanic stone veneer cabinets Silestone worktops and Siemens and Delonghi appliances and a wine fridge. There is private parking for at least 3 vehicles behind an electric gate and the garden has plenty of seating and dining areas for those al fresco evenings.
