Local family run business who put a lot of effort into creating a space to welcome guests and ensure there stay in Cornwall is a good one :) The accommodation is meant to be interesting and quirky to make it a memorable stay.

Sandy Toes Accommodation is located really close to Fowey and Charlestown, and perfect to visit all the major local attractions such as Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The decor is modern with a quirky twist in each room to make every room individual and ensure a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy the comforts of a home from home with smart TV in each living space. There's free Wi-Fi throughout the building and freshly laundered linen and towels. There are several accommodation choices: Retro Superior Studio or Tickety Boo Studio – with kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge), small table and chairs, king size bedroom, and beautiful spacious en-suite bathroom. Superior Yummy Cabin King Room- beautiful log cabin, with king size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, shared outside seating area, and a separate private bathroom across the courtyard. Deluxe Scrummy Cabin Room – a cosy cabin with king size bed, low chairs and table, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-fridge, private garden area and a separate beautiful private bathroom located across the courtyard. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, also take aways and convenience stores for supplies. There is also a drop off bay for loading and unloading luggage right outside the building , and plenty of on road free parking and a free car park nearby.

Neighbourhood information

Sandy Toes Accommodation is located approx 5 minutes walk from the beach. It's nestled in the village of Par, which has two convenience stores, a chemist, and various take aways. There is access to the coastal footpath in both directions to Charlestown and Fowey. Local buses run regularly, the train station is a short walk and the Eden Project is only a 5 minute drive away. There are bike trails, watersports centres and boat rips and hire all nearby.
