The first floor unfolds into two generously sized living rooms on either end of the grand hallway, both adorned with large windows that frame picturesque vistas of Oban Harbour and the main street. One of these elegant spaces features a grand piano. Please note, the piano is decorative only, we kindly ask that this is not played. A separate dining room with a table for 10 beckons you to share delicious meals with loved ones. For those seeking a quiet moment, a small snug awaits on the first floor, featuring a cosy chair. A well-appointed bedroom on this level ensures comfort and privacy. The heart of Saskatchewan House lies in its well-equipped kitchen, boasting an electric range cooker with a double oven, a spacious fridge-freezer, and an array of utensils for culinary adventures. A breakfast bar invites casual dining, while a separate butler's pantry/utility room provides additional conveniences, including a sink, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, slow cooker, coffee machine, cafetiere, and toaster. A bathroom and separate WC on this floor adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay. Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover three king-size bedrooms and one double, each offering a haven of tranquillity.
