Built in 1950 the property has recently been extended and fully refurbished to provide modern and spacious accomodation. Scotia Rooms offers six secure bedrooms with en-suite facilities, modern and spacious kitchen and dining, and large reception lounge. Each bedroom hosts kitchenette with micro-wave, kettle and fridge, and also dining table and chairs for those wishing to relax in privacy Outdoor space includes private and enclosed rear garden with outside dining facility and large hot tub.
As i also live in the area, I am happy to cater for any concerns you may have through the app.
Shotts is located in Central Scotland with train and motorway links to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
