The flat at 39 Scott Street, Galashiels has recently had a new kitchen fitted and is equipped with wifi, tv, washing and cooking facilities. In addition, to fresh linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel it has an iron board/iron, hair dryer and coffee perculator to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Hi, My name is Mark I was born and now live outside Edinburgh. I have been a landlord for 15 years and recently (May 2019) upgraded this property to a high specification to appeal to the serviced accommodation/Airbnb and contractor customers. The property is located in a quiet part of Galashiels. At the rear of the building there is a large shared garden used to dry clothes or sit out in the sun. At the front of the building there is unrestricted parking and there are always spaces available at any time of the day. There is a mini market shop within 5 minutes walk from the flat and the High Street is a 15 minute walk. There are several restaurants and I have listed some that I'd recommend.
