Ómarach is a large modern house, it has two guest bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and showers, it has a large (shared) upper guest lounge with an external balcony that has stunning views, it has all the amenities to enable you to stay in luxurious comfort, in Its generous accommodation. The bedroom has a super king sized bed and a full sized single bed. The shared guest lounge has a dining and kitchen area for breakfast, it is kitted out with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, plates etc. but it is not designed for self-catering, so does not have a cooker, oven, or a freezer. The guest lounge is closed between 10am and 4 pm daily so the housekeepers can safely go about their duties. Breakfast is self-service, and will normally consist of Cereal Yogurt Orange Juice Milk Tea Coffee Sugar Bread Butter Marmalade Jam I do not cater for individual dietary needs or choices, but you are welcome to bring your own food to supplement what is supplied.

Ómarach is situated, a short distance (10 to 20 mins walk depending on your fitness) from one of the finest beaches in Scotland, Achmelvich with its pristine white sand, and turquoise waters, Ómarach gives you easy access to the beach and this beautiful area with the bonus of privacy being set away from the camp sites in its own fenced off secluded garden, its elevated position and amazing upper sitting room with balcony gives you glorious views over Loch Roe and the stunning mountains of Assynt. A short walk down the hill from Ómarach is Loch Roe, with a resident Seal colony, on a still day you can hear the Seals from the house, a short walk further Loch Dubh, a beautiful loch with a waterfall, lovely for picnic, paddle board or swim on a hot day. Ómarach is in an area that has some of the very best coastal and inland walks in Scotland with breath-taking views and stunning variety. Towering mountains, jagged cliffs and secluded beaches all surrounded by the ever present, awe inspiring, power of the changing ocean.
