Our property offers a private garden with stylish garden furniture a Bbq and is also a designated smoking area. WIFI and a smart TV providing Netflix and over Apps incl. Fully fitted with complete modern kitchen facilities, washing facilities, lots of luxurious mod cons and a stylish decor bound to stun you and create a home from home ambience as soon as you walk through the front door. This beautiful property is conveniently located on Portsmouth seafront with the south parade pier at the end of the road. the apartment location is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, fun fairs and much more. Our apartment is the perfect size for small groups, families, solo travellers or even those travelling for work purposes. At Like Your Home – we are all about bleisure, which is a term that we love! It means that we can cater to you no matter what your reason for travelling may be, whether it’s for business, for leisure, or something in between! We hope that you love this apartment as much as we do, and we encourage any guests to make themselves feel at home. We have a strict no smoking or party policy in our apartment, however feel free to smoke outside in the private garden where garden furniture is provided. Feel free to invite small groups of people over, but we do not allow parties in our apartments and will withhold your damage deposit if you are found to be smoking, hosting parties, or engaging in other antisocial behaviour / or illegal activities on our premises. A holding damage deposit is required prior to check in,this deposit is refunded within 5-10 working days after check out
