Brand new executive ground floor serviced apartment, hotel standard. Fully furnished plus Smart Full HD LED TV, WiFi , crisp bed linen and soft towels provided. Comfy double bed and fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, washing machine, ,dining, living area, ensuite bedroom with bath and shower. Double doors to small sea facing patio to watch the sun rise over the water with a morning coffee. Option of weekly clean by regular cleaner at an additional cost.

On the end of the phone if needed

Sea views and a stone throw from the beach. The apartment is within a 3 minute walk to heart of Cleethorpes, the historic Seaview street, which has a cosmopolitan feel comprising of numerous cafés, bars, cocktail lounges restaurants, high end retail shops and much more. You can enjoy Papas traditional fish and chips or afternoon tea on the stunningly restored pier with panoramic views of the beach. Small secure locked garden at rear with high fence and double gated, ideal to store motor bike or cycle safely. Free on street parking and possible option of free off road parking or paid sea front parking all a few yards from the door and flexible terms for long term lets. Bus stop nearby and taxis at the corner
