Hi, I'm Sue. Myself and my wife Amanda have lived in this area for over 20 years, Amanda is a 'native' of Margate and the surrounding areas. Together, we own Holges Holiday Homes. We have two wonderful options to book. Seacroft, our new location near Botany Bay, which sleeps up to 6-8, is perfect for families and groups to enjoy, and The Annex, connected to our home in Broadstairs, which is suitable for a couple.

Seacroft is nestled in a peaceful residential area, just moments from the stunning clifftop walks that define this part of the Kent coastline. A short stroll takes you to Botany Bay, renowned for its golden sands and iconic chalk stacks – perfect for beachcombing, picnicking, or simply taking in the sea air.
For everyday conveniences, a small parade of shops is about a 10-minute walk (or under 5 minutes by car). Here you’ll find a Co-op convenience store, Post Office, Chinese takeaway, Fish & Chip shop, and a pharmacy (open on weekdays).
The surrounding area is a treasure trove for walkers and beach lovers, with a series of picturesque bays and clifftop paths to explore – offering something to enjoy in every season.
Getting around is easy, with a bus stop right outside the property providing regular services into Margate. From there, you can connect to Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Canterbury, and other charming Kent towns.
