Seascape’ as the name suggests, offers stunning sea views across towards North Wales on clear days. Located only a short stroll of 500m to the beautiful beaches in Aberporth and fantastic coastal paths to walk along, where there are regular siting’s of dolphins or porpoises throughout the season. The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are all located to the rear of the home and they all benefit from the stunning views, so you can relax and enjoy the view whether you’re eating or lounging around. Situated in an elevated position in a quiet area of Aberporth with other residential and holiday homes, this very well kept holiday home has a comfortable modern interior and relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom is a kin, the second bedroom can be made up as twins or a king bed and a third small double is available in the games room. Free WiFi throughout and flat screen smart TVs in lounge and master bedroom. The enclosed garden is ideal for children or pets to roam in safety whilst you sit back in a lounger and enjoy the sea views. All the accommodation is on one floor, so it’s ideal for less mobile holiday makers and families as well as couples and business travellers.
We are happy to leave you to enjoy your holiday without interaction if you prefer. But we are close by if you need anything or just want a friendly chat about the area, you only have to ask, its up to you. As well as the lovely walks nearby, we are keen triathletes so if you want to know about local cycling and running routes, or where its safe to swim, we are happy to help.
2 beautiful beaches to enjoy just a 5 minute stroll away, 500m. The small beach (Dolwen Beach) located on the left hand side of the village, is a dog free beach from May 1st to September 31st. The big beach (Dyffryn Beach) located on the right hand side of the village, is dog friendly throughout the year. During summer season the beaches are bustling with tourists, boats and water activities. Bottlenose dolphins, porpoises, seals and even whales have been spotted out in the bay. In season the local Fisherman sells fresh lobster, crab and fish on the beach. At low tide a spot of rock pooling/ crabbing is a must, during the summer months spider crabs fill the pools. The award winning Ceredigion Coastal Path is located just a few minutes’ walk from Seascape. The section of Coastal Path that Aberporth joins onto is tarmacked for about 0.75miles, so is wheel chair and pushchair friendly. If you continue a little further along the coastal path, about half a mile or so, the path drops down into Tresaith.

Guests MUST notify the owners of any additional visitors during their stay. 1 well behaved dog is welcome, but must be pre booked and the guest pays £6 per night on arrival to the owner to cover additional cleaning. NO parties are permitted at the property and noise after 11pm will not be tolerated.
