Easy access to everything from this newly built contemporary 3 bedroom duplex apartment on the first and second floor above our studio, which is less than a two minutes from the beach with all amenities you need within walking distance, with balconies front & rear you can take in sunrises & sunsets with enough space to entertain & cook outdoors or simply relax. Young ones would be in their element with arcades on the doorstep as well as amazing restaurants & bars for adults. THE SPACE Front access on the ground floor. First floor gives you 3 bedrooms , a king size with en-suite, a double and a double with over the top bunk style single, as well as another bathroom. On the Second floor is your open plan lounge dinner with top class kitchen with integrated appliances, modern decor and balconies front & rear for entertaining or simply sitting with a morning coffee looking out to sea or night cap watching the stars.

Neighbourhood information

Your a stones throw from the town centre, with fabulous restaurants and bars on your doorstep, as well as amusements For the younger ones and the Hornsea hub with swimming pool facilities is literally across the road. Once you’re parked in your free personal car park then everything for an enjoyable stay is in walking distance .
