Seawinds holiday apartment is on the ground floor of an Edwardian house which was initially owned by Lord Cayley - who gave his name to nearby Cayley Promenade, 0.3 miles away. Besides being close the beach, the apartment has good access to all main routes to the attractions of North Wales. The apartment is spacious and airy, with period features including stained glass windows and cornicing. The large living room has a dining area, TV, large sofa and also a sofa bed, good overhead lighting but also several reading lamps. In the hallway there is an additional seating and TV area. The kitchen is well-equipped, including cooker, microwave, fridge, separate freeze, dishwasher, a range of crockery, glassware and cooking equipment- guests have said they have found everything they needed. Off the kitchen, there is a washer-dryer. All towels and linen are provided. Guests may also use the garden area belonging to the non-apartment part of the building. All in all, we believe the apartment has a happy feel to it and we hope you will agree.

For over twenty years we have been welcoming holidaymakers and their pets, initially at our holiday cottage in the countryside but now, with Seawinds, we are able to offer visitors accommodation close to the beach and the relaxed seaside village of Rhos on Sea.

Seawinds holiday apartment is in a well-established residential area, with the beach only a short distance away, 0.3 miles. The very popular seaside village of Rhos on Sea is only half a mile away. It has an attractive harbour, a jetty, a good selection of cafes and other eateries, including a typical seaside fish and chip shop. There is a children's play area, a mini-golf and the beach extending right around the bay is perfect for traditional 'bucket and spade' days by the sea. The promenade is great for strollers, joggers and dog-walkers with the possibility of stopping off for an ice cream at one of the kiosks. Further afield, the nearby A55 and coast road provides access to the many attractions of North Wales - whether the world heritage sites of Conwy and Caernarfon, the many other castles, the beautiful scenery of the Vale of Clwyd and the Conwy Valley, the mountains of Snowdonia, the renowned Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay, the Victorian resort of Llandudno just by the Great Orme which can be accessed by the historic Great Orme Tramway for spectacular views, also attractions such as Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, Greenwood Family Park and the slate and copper mines.
