    Location was ideal. Comfortable home, and the interior was well presented and clean. Good communication from Leon after booking to provide check in details / how to collect the keys etc. Nice that our dog was welcome to stay at the property too.

    Quiet road but near to town and shops. A few issues on arrival but quickly sorted by Leon the host who turned up personally to resolve things. Friendly neighbors, good local Chinese take away and pub.

Everything is designed for you to enjoy this home for long term stays, from quality kitchen utensils (that actually work!) to driveway parking, this home is the ideal retreat. You will also find storage spaces for your things, and a large fridge freezer to store food supplies and lovely secluded private garden.

This house is excellently located in a quiet private cul-de-sac (no through road and dead end) with no passing traffic. It’s within walking distance of Rainham British Rail station (0.8 miles), a large Tesco supermarket (0.7 miles plus a short stroll to Rainham’s delightful high street (0.2 miles ). Rainham is originally a very old village full of gems like its traditional English-village-feel-pubs, several restaurants, curry house, Chinese takeaway and daily essentials that are open late. Being close to the A2 this property presents excellent connections by car into all areas of Medway and Kent with direct trains from Rainham to London Kings Cross (49 mins) and Victoria in just under an hour.
