Self contained annex with own kitchen and shower room / toilet Close to town center, beach , railway / coach station / Asda / Lidl / Charminster / take aways / restaurants / beach / A338 Parking , garden area (shared) Detached from main house and not close to neighbours so very private , some traffic noise from A338 if sat in garden but very quite inside annex. Mini kitchen, electric oven / hob , washing machine , extractor en-suit toilet / shower , electric shower Electric heating

Nice area , tucked out of the way but close to town centre Parking is next to annex and it’s close to bus route , coach and rail station
