Self-contained annex in Sittingbourne, perfect if you are visiting the area for work or leisure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs. The annex is located on the side of our main property, but completely self contained. Guests will be able to check in using the key box, so no interaction with us is necessary. However we are on hand should you have any queries or if you want a chat :-)
I live with my family in Sittingbourne. We started listing the annex on the side of our property in 2022, which has been a good experience. I also enjoy travelling and exploring in new places.
We are situated on the main A2, which provides easy access out of town, or into the town centre. Although this is a main road, it is quiet in the annex, especially at night. The bedroom is at the rear of the property, so is even more peaceful and quiet. We are a 15-20 minutes walk into town where the main train station runs into London in around 1 hour. There is off-road parking on our driveway. Within a 1 minute walk is the local pub, which serves nice meals. Also a small shop and a fish and chip takeaway, within 1 minute walk. Within a 20 minute walk is the town centre. The property is within a few minutes drive on the motorway
