A luxury spacious 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Fulwood - pubs, restaurants. Located in the rear garden, separate building with its own gate. Close to Royal Preston Hospital, PNE and University. With good bus routes., Complimentary Wi-Fi plus an outside space to relax and dine. The apartment is brand new and offers open plan living with a separate bedroom with a pull out double bed, a separate sofabed and en-suite. For longer stays a weekly clean will be operated by the host with a change of towels. Guest private access Other things to note No alcohol and smoking on premises. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy state. Book your stay today!
