The annex is all on ground level. It comes with its own private entrance and driveway. Wifi is available and free of charge. The annex contains a bedroom/lounge with double bed, dining table and chairs and tv area The annex has a further twin bedroom with bedside cabinets and and a en-suit shower room. We provide tea & coffee making facilities. Please note there is no cooking facility's in the annex, your welcome note will have information placed to eat locally. We have being able to provide a fridge and microwave in the dining area to allow you to make snacks/breakfasts or heating up children's milk. Laundry service available at a small extra cost. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Born and bread in the local area, my family and I live in a wonderful central location in our new home. I work for the public sector and am a keen hill walker and love to cook and socialise with friend and my ever growing family.
Local Information There is a service station just before you arrive to the annex. This offers cash machine, small snacks and fuel/car essentials. This shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Behind the services is a café that offers breakfast lunch and diner at a reasonable price and is open from 7.30- 9pm daily. If you care for a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive into the village of Evanton, when leaving the drive turn to your left (there is a cycle/ walk path at the opposite of the road) follow the road for about 2 miles into the center of the village. The village offers a small supermarket, post office, hairdressers as well as a play park and a woodlands park. There is a lovely local pub and restaurant on the village called ‘The Novar Arms’ if you are planning to eat there you can receive 10% of your food bill, by asking for the “Shalimar Discount” If you are wanting to have food delivered to the annex, there are many to choose from in the local village of Alness if you simple search for takeaway places in Alness and a selection will be on offer (please remember to ask when placing your order for the delivery fee (usually a couple of pound)
