About this property

The Sheldon is located along a quiet side street in the center of Eastbourne. With free onsite parking (a maximum height of 6.2 feet) guests can walk to all main attractions. All rooms benefit from free WiFi. Our dining room is now open with a limited hot menu. All rooms feature tea/coffee making facilities, a refreshment tray, zero waste Crystal Cole Toiletries and satellite TV. All bedding is low allergy. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and food into the property. All rooms are private en-suite This property is certified "plastic-free". We only use pro-biotic cleaning (chemical-free and eco-friendly) products and our welcome toiletries are eco-friendly, plastic-free, and vegan. You are welcome to use our guest eating area (fridge, microwave) 4 pm to 8 pm, please label your personal items if using the fridge Guest information is available online after booking

Some rooms may not be suitable for cots, please check at time of booking. There are 11 steps to the front door, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Once inside there is a elevator to floors 1 and 2. Parking is suitable for vehicles up to 6.2 feet, vehicles that can't use the parking will have to park on street. *On-line check-in must be completed prior to arriving. There is no facility to check in after 22:00 and keys must be handed into reception no later than 10.30 on day of departure. There must be 1 responsible adult aged 18 or over in each room. The Sheldon cannot take DSS or unaccompanied children under any circumstances.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 11:00:00 and 06:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
