Bring the whole family for lots of fun This fabulous house is nearly 2000 SQFT comprising a large kitchen diner, spacious lounge, and conservatory. There are 4 double bedrooms, all with sea views. Large garden complete with BBQ makes it perfect for entertaining. Private off road parking for 5 cars max. A 6 minute walk into the town of Sheringham with it's array of shops & restaurants leading to the beach.
I hope you enjoy your stay at Hilbre Court. Myself and the family have loved living here and Sheringham is such a lovely vibrant town that i am sure you will enjoy. Hopefully the house has everything you need. In the TV unit in the lounge is a guest manual which gives you important information about the house, the area and recommendations for restaurants, takeaways, and things to do. Property located in quiet private road with just 4 houses. 6 minute walk to Sheringham town centre, and a short further stroll down the High Street to the beach. Plentiful restaurants, bars, shops and local amenities to include fishmongers, butchers, greengrocers and two national supermarkets nearby. Plenty of parking on site, and whilst the town and beach are within half a mile for easy walking, for those preferring to drive there are a number of car parks and on street parking within the town centre and close to the beach. Sheringham is served with a regular train service to Norwich (approx 1 hour) as well as a reliable bus service to local towns and beyond.
