We thoroughly enjoy running our small accommodation business, it keeps us busy, very busy at times and we get to meet lots of real nice people, we like to meet and greet our guests when time allows and because we live locally can be available for local information, directions or general help if required.

Property information

No separate cleaning fee, and electric & gas are also included in the price. Shirebrook House is very well positioned to accommodate your staff members who might be working in this area, it's a very comfortable Coventry Home with great access to the City center and also to the UK's Motorway network, Junction 2 of the M6 is just 3 miles from the house. It has two bedrooms which can sleep up to five guests, the bed configuration is 2 singles in the first room and a double and a single in the second room The decor is light and airy throughout with a well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. There is an upstairs family bath/shower room and a down stairs toilet, the is off street parking for 2 cars at the front of the property and a private back garden.
