Property information

A newly renovated, warm home with a front and back garden, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. Thick luxury carpets upstairs for extra cosiness and a large smart TV in the bedroom. Memory foam topped double bed with a luxurious Hungarian feather duvet for a great night's sleep.

Neighbourhood information

This property has the best of both world's! It's 7 minutes walk from the train station that will take you into Manchester and Bolton for nights out and shopping with the countryside only a short walk away. This modern, newly refurbished home with free parking, opposite 3 large fields and a 20 minute stroll away from Jumbles Reservoir, is perfect if you enjoy exploring. The area also boasts award winning pubs, spa and brand new restaurants. There's a small supermarket down the road too.
