The property is a newly built house with a very high standard of craftmanship. This luxurious property is affordable and yet it is located nearby Winchester City Centre and is probably the closest short stay property available to the start/end of the South Downs Way. It is ideal for business people, families, professionals, relocators, tourists and South Downs Way visitors to take in some relaxation and quiet time in the area or as a base for your adventure or holiday. With all mod-cons, this property really does allow you to feel right at home. Due to our close proximity to the City and South Downs Way, we do get booked up early, so make sure you book in advance to secure your stay.

This luxury property has loads to offer and is just a few minutes walk to the official start/end of the South Downs Way. Accessible on foot to Winchester City Centre and is nearby to the Hospital and University. Southampton is just a 22 minute drive, and heading just a little further you can enjoy all that Portsmouth has to offer. We recommend a visit to the Historic Dockyard. Sky View has facilities for professionals, relocators, tourists and contractual or executive personnel. Dedicated off street parking for 1 car for free. The Property: Living Room equipped with comfortable sofa bed (for one additional guest over the 8 standard beds - please contact us to arrange), smart TV and free hi-speed Wi-Fi. Brand new open plan kitchen/diner comprising breakfast bar, coffee machine, oven, built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the culinary utensils for you to prepare your meals.
