Skylark – Trewarmett 4 bedrooms, Sleeps 8 **Now with Hot-tub from 27th of May 2024** This beautifully finished brand new ‘upside-down’ house is the perfect location for a luxurious break in the peaceful hamlet of Trewarmett, a stones throw from Trebarwith Strand and Tintagel. As you enter the property on the ground floor, you will find the four bedrooms, 1 super-king with en-suite shower room, 1 double & 2 twin. The family bathroom, with bath and shower and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, meaning that you have all of the necessities for a self catering break. As you climb the stairs to the first floor, you will enter the spacious and light open-plan living space. Balconies at both the front and the back of the property offer an outer seating space, for enjoying the early mornings fresh Cornish air, or for relaxing after a long day of exploring. A welcoming sofa area with three welcoming sofas surrounds a log burning stove provides a warm atmosphere for breaks in the cooler months, while the sky-light windows and french doors provide a cool chill space, for summer guests. You will also find a further 2-seater sofa with coffee table offering a separate seating area. The fully equipped kitchen and diner, with large dining table which seats up to 8 guests comfortably, boasts views up to the old engine house and has again provides everything that you could need to facilitate your self catering stay. Outside the property, to the front you will find off-street parking with ample space for 2/3 cars. with the optional extra of an EV charger(Please contact us for pricing details). To the rear you will find a patio garden with picnic bench. There are steps from the garden up to one of the balconies, so outside can be easily accessed from the main living space, or from the rear bedroom doors.
