Liverpool is a vibrant city with lots to do and see for all ages, both in the city itself and also the adjoining area. Chester and North Wales are literally on its doorstep across the Mersey. There is no shortage of good restaurants and bars where you are guaranteed a warm friendly reception. The Liverpool humour is second to none!

It's a small city, so 2 days may be enough to explore Liverpool. Compared with Manchester, I prefer Liverpool for its tranquility and scenery. The architecture in Liverpool is more historical, signature, and dreamy. It was easy to travel within the city using public transportation, with no need for cab. But to travel to Anfield, it may be confusing for tourists to use google Maps, I ended up getting lost and coming back to the city. Food and services in Liverpool is also fairly priced:)

We had a short stay just to see Liverpool football club play and it was a short walk to the stadium and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions asked. The staff helped with finding places to eat in the evening and always with a smile. Great staff, great place to stay. Not enough time to see Liverpool properly.

It was amazing! Lots to see and do, people were friendly.
It was amazing! Lots to see and do, people were friendly. Magical Mystery Tour was fantastic and good value for money. Beatles tribute show at the Cavern is a must. We crammed lots into 3 days - 2 cathedrals, The Liverpool Wheel, Ferry cross the Mersey, Beatles Museum, The Liver Building, some delicious meals out and lots more

I happen to like Liverpool, great for a night out and nightlife or even watch the sun set over the Mersey then a few drinks before a light snack - Liverpool is pretty affordable if you know where to go, plenty of good watering holes and places to while away an evening. Good museums and art galleries plus excellent transport links, so come pay Liverpool a visit and become an honorary scouser1
The location and price of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. You’re located right next to the Baltic Triangle and about a 10-15 minute walk away from the City Centre. We were fortunate enough to have a room looking out over the docks and with the weather being perfect it was amazing to sit and have breakfast looking out too. The free parking too was brilliant, especially with the issue of driving and parking anywhere in the centre of Liverpool. Even once checked out you are still permitted to leave your car there which was useful.
The room was nice and clean and ready for the three of us, with the sofa bed pulled out and bedded upon arrival. The room was quite spacious with enough room for all our suitcases, even with the bed pulled out. The bathroom and shower were very comfortable.
The hotel has an excellent location for exploring the Albert Dock and a variety of museums. It's not too far to the city centre and Bold Street with its many restaurants either.
When you arrive you'll have a chance to meet Eric who is an amazing host and greeter. His knowledge of the city and sights is second to non. He will make you feel so happy to be back in Liverpool. He is funny, such a great character who wants to help as do all of the reception, bar and restaurant staff. We loved the hotel and spend considerable time in hotels, this is the best 4 to 5 star hotel in The NW possibly England.
The room was clean.
Location is close to the Liverpool (the Kop) stadium, but very far away from the city center, so if you are there to visit the city centre transportation is not much convenient.
Internet connection worked well.
Parking is available at the front, with very tight parking spaces.
The place is across the road to what is shown on Google Maps.
Characterful old hotel within easy walking distance of Lime Street Station, city centre, docks and different cultural locations.
Single bedroom with shower quite small, but well equipped. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Quite quiet, despite being on one of main roads into city, as on a hill.
Great location for Liverpool city centre and Albert docks. Comfortable rooms and beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient for both train and bus station. Kitchen had everything needed to cook own meals and Tesco 5 mins away. Had tea coffee and milk in room on arrival.
I stayed at this Radison Blu Hotel in Liverpool for one night. The room was very large with a large double bed. The room was very clean and the location close to all ammenties and city centre, including the Albert Docks. Free wi-fi too, which was very fast and really good.
The hotel is in the business centre; it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Liverpool Lime station. There are supermarkets and restaurants right opposite the hotel. It was a great experience staying there, would recommend it to others.
The hotel is very grand, but very run down and its a shame as it has lots of potential. The room was a decent size but had a very cheap bed, cheap pillows, the bathroom was actually the best part as it looked as if it was recently updated
The location was perfect for what I wanted, since it is glued to the ACC Liverpool Convention Center. Also there were many restaurants close to the hotel.
The room was properly clean and the staff were friendly.
Lovely hotel , clearly well invested in and location is really central to the docks and Liverpool city centre . Rooms very nicely decorated and all the facilities you need . Bed was super comfortable too !
Staff are always amazing. Hotel spotless clean. Good bus route to and from the airport & city centre with shopping and food outlets within walking distance
