    Lovely house, plenty of space for a family of 8. The kitchen dining area was great. Everything we needed was available. The games room was good for the whole family to use. The garden area was a lovely space, especially if you take a dog with you.

Stunning cottage situated in the hamlet village of Guthrie, nestled in between the world famous Guthrie Castle and the medieval Church. A fully refurbished listed building that was the Old Post Office and Smithy. Sleeps up to 8/9 plus 1 infant with 4 bedrooms(one en-suite), 2 bathrooms set over 2 levels. It offers spacious living and has all the mod cons including 2 large smart TV's. Freeview, wifi, DVD player, Nintendo Wii Console. The ground floor comprises of:- large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with large wood burning stove; second living area with large corner sofa bed; kingsize bedroom;main bathroom with shower and freestanding bath; utility room & shower room.Brand new for 2021, new extension built featuring the 4th bedroom with en-suite and games room. In the games room there is a pinball machine, pool table and football table..First floor:- 1 kingsize bedroom; 1 twin room-will sleep 3 upon request. To the rear of the property there is a large beautiful country garden and parking for 3 cars. This property has been done to the highest of standards.
