    What a lovely property! Plenty of parking, amazing views, a little shop and pub nearby. Everything you could want was provided including herbs and spices and basic sauces. Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

When relaxing in the sunroom you will have a beautiful panoramic view across the Kyle of Tongue, with Castle Varrich and the Causeway adding to the breath-taking scenery. There is a small store for essentials a few steps away and the closest restaurant is next door. The nearest beach is Coldbackie Beach and is only about five minutes drive away. The dramatic landscape is home to several lochs as well as the impressive Ben Loyal and Ben Hope mountains. Smoo Cave, Cape Wrath and Castle of Mey are some of the spectacular places to drive to, or perhaps go on a longer adventure with a day trip to the Orkney Islands from John O’Groats.
