Born and raised in a Lincolnshire coastal town, I know a thing or 2 about coastal retreats! As an avid traveler, I have visited many fabulous places, both in England and overseas. During my travels, I usually stay in Airbnb’s or nice hotels. These experiences have been a major benefit during the setup of listings in Margate. Many good practices and ideas came from my travels - including our free goodies for guests who book direct. Although traveling does bring many new business ideas, I mainly love it as I get to meet a lot of interesting people and learn about their traditions and cultures. This experience comes above all else. I have been an airbnb superhost for over 4 years and with my own hosting company have access to over 20 apartments in and around Margate. As well as the stunning West Bay House, a 9bed, 9bath property which sleeps up to 18 guests. Marine Terrace is a bustling area of Margate, right opposite the main beach near to the arcades. We are also next door to the Wetherspoon pub and lots of ice cream parlours and shops. During peak times this area can get busy. The apartment is centrally located so you can explore Margate on foot. If you need to call a taxi you can search for central cars, Margate. We are located near to the train station, less than 5 minute walk. Paid parking is at the nearby Dreamland car park or free on street parking is available from Tivoli Park Avenue, about an 8 minute walk away. Mill Lane Car Park is also nearby.
